A Twinview Bed & Breakfast offers:

• Spacious PRIVATE suite
• Own living room, dining area, and spectaculair view of the lake;
• Relaxed sitting area outside overlooking Okanagan lake, city and mountains;
• Private ensuite bathroom;
• Air-conditioning;
• Quality KING-bed covered with fine linens;
• The kitchen features a huge fridge, coffeemaker, toaster and your drinkwater is filtered;
• Due to regulations our quests are not allowed to cook in the suite;
• Comfortable sofabed in livingroom;
• Cable TV, radio alarm clock, hair-dryer available in the suite;
• Continental breakfast served, brought to you in a basket;
• High speed wireless Internet ;
• Private phoneline to be used locally;
• We can also help you arrange activities such as: dinner reservations, a winery tour, or a round of golf, spa treatment.

• Check-in: between 16.00-18.00 p.m;
• Check-out: 11 a.m.;
• We regret we cannot accommodate any pets;

• We are a non-smoking Bed and Breakfast;
• Quiet time is between 8:00pm and 07:00am;
• Minimum stay of 2 nights during holidays and long-weekends;
• Exceptions possible between stays, please inquire with us;
• Tax excluded!
• 7=6, book more than 6 nights, get one free;
• Christmasweek rate is 199,= cad including a special Christmasmorning Breakfast;
• 2010 Winter olympics rates not yet determined;
• 30% Deposit required;
• Payment on arrival;
• 14 days cancellation policy, later wil prohibit us from renting;
• Last minute rate (max 48 hr in advance) $20 off the regular price;
• We offer a lot of parking space on private driveway.
  
  
• Your continental breakfast is a surprise every day during your stay, brought to your suite at the moment you request. To give you an idea of possible breakfast items:
• Fresh juices, choices of cereals, muffins, fresh baked croissants, wholegrain bread, raisin bread, locally fresh fruits, yoghurts, eggs, and more and more.
• Tea or coffee are always available in your suite. You can make it any moment of the day.
